Uses: recommended for decorating and protecting cars, trucks, heavy equipment and vehicles in general. Also suitable for indoor and outdoor wood or metal household items.
Technical data
Colours: assorted. Curing: oxidation. Density: 0.90–1.10 kg/L. Viscosity at 25°C (DIN 4 cup): 40–80 s. Total solids by weight: 40–57%; by volume: 30–41%. Dispersion: 12–20 microns.
Drying at 25°C and 85% relative humidity: touch-dry in 5–7 hours; recoat after 24 hours. Theoretical coverage at 30 microns: 8–10 m²/L for one coat. Recommended dry-film thickness per coat: 30–45 microns. Flash point: 38°C. Thinner: 207 Z-1.
Surface preparation: remove all dirt, grease, dust, soot, rust and sanding residues. A primer-surfacer is recommended as the first layer. Apply two coats of primer-surfacer 30 minutes apart. Allow 24 hours to dry before sanding.
Application: spray after thinning by up to 10% with automotive thinner 207 Z-1.
Commercial warranty: 1 year.
Safety: keep containers tightly closed. Do not mix with products from other sources. Keep out of reach of children. Do not discharge residues into drains or the environment.
