Konfort Gran Habana Plus Mattress
Pocket System® spring panel: springs individually encased in nonwoven fabric provide soft support and maximum durability. They act as independent shock absorbers, absorbing weight and movement without transferring them to the rest of the mattress or creating a moulding effect. The Plus model adapts progressively to pressure and weight. Spring height: 17 cm; wire gauge: 1.8 mm; spring count: 272 per m².
Encapsulation: density-30 polyurethane foam strips, 7.5 cm thick and 17 cm high, reinforce the block, ensuring proper alignment, spring protection, comfort and strength.
Fillings: Commode® and Contort System+® use hypoallergenic fillings designed to avoid allergies and maintain a constant temperature. Each side includes reinforced nonwoven fabric to separate the springs and distribute loads, and profiled density-26 polyurethane foam, 3.2 cm thick.
Fabric: stretch fabric with dreamprotect® technology uses natural microcapsules gradually released by friction for lasting protection against bedbugs, mites, bacteria and fungi. Flame-retardant treatment complies with fire-resistance standards.
Quilting: stretch fabric, hollow fibre weighing 175 g/m² and 7 mm thick, two layers of density-20 polyurethane foam, each 10 mm thick, and nonwoven fabric.
Border: stretch fabric, density-20 polyurethane foam, 8 mm thick, and nonwoven fabric.
Handles: four padded horizontal handles with butterfly reinforcement for easier handling and maintenance.
Stitching: double overlocking around the entire perimeter.
Closure: binding tape joins the cover to the border. Label sewn onto the centre of one end of the border.
Height: 30 cm, with ±2 cm tolerance from the nominal size.
Packaging: individual polyethylene bag.
