Spring panel: independent biconical springs made from heat-treated 2.2 mm steel wire resist deformation.
Connecting spiral: 1.35 mm steel wire joins spring rows for consistent performance.
Perimeter encapsulation: density-30 polyurethane foam strips, 7.5 cm thick and 14.5 cm high, ensure alignment and protect the spring panel.
Separator: hardened, thermally bonded textile felt distributes loads and protects against spring abrasion.
Edges: padded border with density-20 polyurethane foam, 8 mm thick, around the perimeter.
Cushioning: profiled density-26 polyurethane foam, 3.2 cm thick, provides comfort.
Quilting: 17 g/m² nonwoven fabric protects the filling on both sides. Each side contains two 10 mm layers of density-20 polyurethane foam and 175 g/m² hollow fibre, 7 mm thick, for greater height, appearance and comfort. Multi-needle sandwich quilting creates a tufted finish.
Fabric: stretch fabric with self-extinguishing, fire-resistant treatment.
Closure: binding tape joins the panels to the border. Label sewn onto the border. Two horizontal textile handles on each side.
Packaging: individual polyethylene bag. Height: ±28 cm. Dimensional tolerance: ±2 cm from the nominal size.
