Spring panel: independent biconical springs made of 2.2 mm diameter steel wire. Heat-treated to resist deformation.
Connecting spiral: 1.35 mm diameter steel wire joins the spring rows for consistent, uniform performance.
Frame: 4 mm diameter steel rod attached to the springs with high-strength staples to reinforce the structure.
Separator: hardened, thermally bonded textile felt distributes loads and protects against spring abrasion.
Edges: a padded border with density-20 polyurethane foam, 8 mm thick, around the perimeter. Cushioning blocks surround the springs inside all four corners.
Cushioning: a 10 mm layer of density-20 polyurethane foam increases comfort on both sides.
Quilting: 17 g/m² nonwoven fabric protects the filling on both sides. The filling consists of two 10 mm sheets of density-20 polyurethane foam, quilted to the fabric in a multi-needle sandwich pattern with a tufted finish.
Fabric: durable, high-quality stretch fabric.
Closure: binding tape around the mattress joins the panels to the border.
Label: sewn onto the mattress border.
Textile handles: two on each side of the mattress border.
Packaging: individual polyethylene bag.
Height: ±21 cm.
Dimensional tolerance: ±2 cm from the nominal size.
Containers and packaging: recyclable; take them to the local raw-materials collection area.
