Uses: general indoor installations where flame propagation must be prevented, including switchboards, industry, public buildings and hotels. Resistant to acids, grease and moisture.
Conductor: stranded annealed copper with coloured PVC insulation. Maximum operating temperatures: TW 60°C; THW 75°C; THHW 90°C.
Colours: gauges 14–8: white, black, green, blue, yellow and red; gauges 6–2: white, red and black; 1/0–1000 MCM: black. Operating voltage: 600 V. Manufacturing standard: UL-83.
