Material requirements: composition from the outer layer to the inner layer:
- Nonwoven fabric includes the top sheet, which is the inner layer in direct contact with the baby’s skin, and the back sheet, which is the outer layer that softens the diaper.
- Core wrap: the double nonwoven layer and adhesive increase absorption efficiency, help distribute urine over a wide area, and effectively wrap the fluff pulp and SAP (superabsorbent polymer).
- Fluff pulp: rapid absorption helps the baby sleep comfortably.
- SAP (superabsorbent polymer): absorbs quickly to keep the baby’s skin dry and comfortable.
- PE film backsheet: polyethylene film prevents liquid from leaking from the diaper.
- ADL (acquisition distribution layer): moves moisture away from the surface to keep the baby’s skin dry.
- Front loop: allows the adhesive tape hook to attach and adjust to the baby’s waist.
- Tape hook: keeps the diaper securely in place and adjusted to the baby’s waist.
- Leg elastics: fit around the baby’s legs and prevent urine from leaking.
- Elastic back ear: adjusts the diaper to the baby’s waist.
