Duracrom Synthetic Enamel Paint, 0.80 L
Enamel paint for metal and wood structures, formulated with alkyd resins, high-quality pigments and additives to protect and decorate a wide range of surfaces.
Properties: decorates and protects; excellent adhesion and levelling; high gloss and hardness; smooth finish that does not crack; water-resistant.
Uses: indoor and outdoor wood and metal surfaces, heavy and industrial equipment maintenance, and household furniture and equipment.
Technical data: assorted colours; oxidation curing. Density: 0.90–1.32 kg/L. Viscosity at 25°C (DIN 4 cup): 45–80 s. Total solids by weight: 42–66%; by volume: 29–42%. Dispersion (H): 7 minimum.
Drying at 25°C and 85% relative humidity: touch-dry in 4 hours; recoat after 24 hours. Theoretical coverage at 30 microns: 12–14 m²/L for one coat. Recommended dry-film thickness per coat: 25–35 microns. Flash point: 38°C. Thinner: 6 Z-2.
Surface preparation: remove dirt, grease, dust, soot, rust and sanding residues. Apply an anticorrosive primer to unprotected metal. Clean and sand previously painted wood; prime new wood. Completely remove deteriorated paint and sand. Do not apply to wet surfaces. After rain, allow the surface to dry for two days.
Application: use a natural-bristle brush, conventional spray gun or roller. Mix thoroughly by hand or mechanically before use and during application. Thin with universal reducer 6 Z-2 if needed.
Packaging: 0.80 L container. Commercial warranty: 1 year.
Disposal and environment: minimize waste and consider recycling. Do not discharge into drains or the environment. Dispose of at an authorized waste collection point, according to applicable laws and regulations. Empty containers and packaging must be disposed of as specified in Law 1288/75. Product neutralization or destruction requires controlled incineration at specialized chemical-waste facilities, in accordance with applicable CITMA regulations.
Safety: handle the product and solvent in a well-ventilated area with appropriate protective measures. Protect containers from high temperatures and direct sunlight. Do not eat, drink or smoke during application. In case of eye contact, rinse with plenty of clean water. Toxic if swallowed; the source label instructs inducing vomiting and seeking medical attention. Keep out of reach of children.
